30-Day Refund Guarantee
You may return any skincare product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original form of payment. Products must be at least half full and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).

31–90 Day Exchange or Store Credit
Returns made between 31 and 90 days of purchase are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be at least half full and in reasonably good condition and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).

Accessories, Tools and Makeup

All sales of accessories and tools are final, but we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item or a product of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).
Please note: Refunds are not available for accessories or tools.
